Our services include complete deliveries of new brewery technological units, as well as reconstruction and expansion of already existing technologies.

The scope of our services and long-term experience covers technologies from the milk reception and processing of raw milk, through the heat treatment of milk and cream, for which we are using our own line of pasteurization stations of the BlueSter series, to the production of the final milk products. An integral part of our solutions is CIP stations of the BlueClean series for reliable and efficient technology cleaning, including an integrated system of technological programming and sanitation reports. We also provide reconstruction and repairs of existing equipment with the aim of increasing efficiency and reducing the energy consumption of production while maintaining a high quality of production.

We provide a complete industrial automation solution, built on modern control and information systems, which includes modules for creating production reports, production tracing, balance of raw materials and energy, and much more. When designing a specific solution, we work closely with the customer, so we are able to adapt the solution to his requirements.

We use a combination of technologists, mechanical designers, electrical designers, and programmers during the entire life cycle of projects from design to implementation. This combination, which is completely unique within the market, brings our customers an effective and comprehensive solution, where the design process of the machine-technological solution, automation, and production information system takes place simultaneously from the very beginning of the design.

Optimization of processes, dynamic control, energy monitoring and management, choice of effective regulation methods, online monitoring of energy leaks, evaluation of long-term efficiency, all of this is part of our solutions.

OLMA a.s.

We designed and implemented a new cottage cheese production, which we later expanded and increased its production capacity. The complete delivery included: Mechanical and technological delivery completely designed in 3D, electrical parts, software, and construction assignment.

Dairy Hlinsko a.s.

In 2021, we implemented a project for the optimization of milk drying technology and reconstructing CIP stations. The drying optimization project aimed at high drying stability, which brings consistent production quality, significantly reduces energy consumption, and thus contributes to a significant reduction of the carbon footprint of milk powder production.

The reconstruction of the CIP stations was to ensure an increase in the cleaning capacity, which was no longer fully adequate due to the production expansion, and at the same time to supplement the original installation with modern methods of management and optimization of cleaning. As part of this project, during full operation, the original CIP stations were replaced by a new CIP station with almost doubled capacity.

The new solution also includes an integrated sanitation reporting system, cleaning validation, and evaluation of efficiency and consumption.

Madeta a.s. – Pelhřimov plant

In 2021, we created the functional schemes (PI&Ds) of the existing production technology, which we followed up in 2022 with a complete technological design and then a design for the entire dairy. The new solution was created on the new needs of the dairy. The new central CIP station was a part of the new solution. For implementation, the mechanical-technological project was processed completely in 3D, then this part was followed up by the electrical documentation for the reconstruction of the entire dairy and the delivery of the electrical and automation part.
